A thoughtful appeal to embrace the mysticism of Christian practice. Brian says that he’s writing to contend for a faith his grandchildren can embrace. The emphasis on relationship seems genuine. The answers to difficult questions and challenges to presuppositions are helpful. This book is what I expected it to be.
